房天下讯(10月1日)根据房天下海宁站数据监控中心统计,上月(9.1-9.30)海宁市共有82个项目有成交备案。累计成交商品房1671套。成交总面积为165940.28平方米。从9月数据统计来看,钱塘公馆以132套成交量位列榜位,其次是桂花园(122套),之后是学府景苑(108套),柳岸春风(100套)和逸品福邸(91套)。
